Looking for a house forum, suggestion?

Need some input on a home we are building, would like to ask in a forum setting like this one, but for homes. Anyone know of some active ones?

I got a lot of great helpful information from Fine Homebuilding forum and JLC (Journal of Light Construction) but I am not sure how helpful they are anymore. FHB changed their format when I was a member and the new format is **** in my opinion. It's also been 12+ years so maybe you might get something worthwhile out of them. Not sure of any others out there.

I frequent the various home forums on gardenweb.com. They are owned by Houzz, but gardenweb has their own forums. For energy efficiency info, I go to greenbuildingtalk.
