My wife told me not to buy anymore tools. Therefore, I'm looking for a GIGANTIC socket to place on my desk (home office) I'll use it as a pen cup just to make a point. Thanks!

Furthermore my wife is Canadian and won't let me live down the Olympics, especially that the womens hockey team slapped us around.

ON that note make sure it's an AMERICAN made gigantic socket.

I have a 1'' drive snap on 2 3/4'' socket...it's huge ...quite a bit larger than a coffee mug.It is chrome. I would sell it for $55.00 shipped. (cost nearly 300.00 new) I have no use for it.

If your a handy guy you could get some 6 in x 1/8 in flat stock and bend a 6 point socket(lenght of flat stock depends on size of your socket) and put a top on it ,grind it smooth, ,chrome paint and a 1/4 in drive hole in the center.The small drive will drive lol people nuts.Also your not buying tools just stock to build them....................YG

Got a socket today! It's a Wright 2 9/16ths. God bless America! My wife was "very pleased" with this pencil cup! BWUAHAHAHAHAHA A big thanks to all of you who replied and an even bigger thanks to bushhawg73 for coming through for me on the cheap!
