Looking for a multi bit screwdriver

I have a Craftsman screwdriver from the 90's or early 2000's that i would like to one more of. Doesnt have to be exact, but at least the same concept.

Bits are stored in the handle and aren't removeable. There is a collar on the top that you turn to the desired bit and then slide it out. The keys for this are the compact side when stored, and the fixed, stowable bits. I dont want something with loose bits in the handle or a typical 6 in 1.

3 slotted bit, 3 philips bits. I'd prefer something that also has a robertson and maybe a torx or two.

The model number is worn off but i remember googling it years ago without any luck.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, I never thought that design was very good. Either the switching mechanism would hang up, or you couldn't replace a worn/broken tip.

Well, hopefully someone will chime in with an alternative.

It isn't right for heavy use, but i think its perfect for something like a kitchen utility drawer or a pirtable tool kit. After almost 20 years, the #2 philips is still in good shape

FIL has several and likes them. His first go to. I did not find any slide outs, which makes me think it was a short time product. Closest I found is some fold outs from Apollo. Search below for one. (I am still learning to link.)

Apollo Tools DT1719 Flashlight Mr. 7-Hands, Patented, 8 in 1 Screwdrivers with Worklight and LED Flashlight

Otherwise, might try e-bay used.

I have one almost identical to the OP's. It is marked Greatneck. The bits are held in with a magnet that doubles as a retactable pick up tool.

I have one of these in my desk at work, no manufacture name on it, made in USA and US patent 5265504.

I used a vinyl-ribbed screwdriver for years that had 4 holes near the shank to hold bits. I'd carry a standard, phillips, and 3 nut runners. Made by Craftsman. Very comfortable, the ribs would bend to mold the entire handle to your hand. Could strip hex heads off of sheet metal screws with it. Every couple of years the ribs would wear off, and I'd get a new one. Then Sears discontinued it, and I found out the OEM was Fiskars. Found one of those, then they dropped it. Found a white no-name one.

It was my go-to driver till I converted over to the EASYDRIVER ball and sockets.
