looking for a one piece attic provent/windblock

I put the ADO provent and windblock on my garage ceiling,

but my neighbor is putting his shop up now - and I have seen a one piece solution that would be a lot easier to install (I think I have seen it on this forum) but I can't locate it anywhere -
has anyone seen this that can point me in the right direction?
He will need the 15" - not the 22" wide version.

ADO makes a one-piece:

But it appears to only be available for 24" and not 16"

Wow! that must be new since I ordered mine last year - but he does need a 16"
