looking for a product

I thought I might like to add on to my garage door insulatinhg ability.
My door stays closed all winter, it will never be opened while there is snow or cold.
I am wondering if there is a product like say a wrestling mat that would be large enough to fill the door recess from the outside
just something that could be positioned there, held by straps or even velcrow [?] or something.
I have not seen anything of that ilk [just started looking]
but thought I would just throw this out there,
any thoughts or suggestions ?

You might look into using the material that is used on basement walls. It has a white plastic skin and about 4 inches of fiberglass insulation. You could tape up sections to cover the overhead door and tack it off on the sides/top.

you can use hydronic floor heating system to keep warm.

Why not just put 2" foam board on the inside? Seal up air leaks and be done until spring.
