Looking for a radiant heat thermostat

That will take the outside temp into consideration when determining the early on time of the heat source so when the temp is falling outside faster and farther than normal or a set number of degrees, it will anticipate and start sooner to limit the undertemp or vis-a-versa the overtemp if the temp outside goes up.

Is there such a thermostat?

I now have a Tecmar 510 with a slab sensor. It overshoots about 2 degrees both ways. And I'm not sure I have set correctly.
