Since I mess with a lot of older cars I like to buy a set to help with antenna repairs and head unit removal. Has anyone has good luck with any kits out there?

First kit is Powerbuilt $111 vs Lisle $60 but not as complete.

I'd look on ebay for these tools as they aren't used much anymore and you can probably get a decent deal on used ones. Regardless either set is good. I have all of the tools just not that set but I do have the Lisle sockets. Although I haven't used them in years, they haven't failed me yet.

It depends on what brand of vehicles you are working on. I have a set of Ford loops and a set of Jensen keys for our tractor radios. I have a set of antenna sockets and the flat wrench, but I haven't used any of them in 20 years.

I’d echo the really limited use, and suggest you buy what you need. I have a few Snap on ones I got a while back for pennies and I have yet to use them…

That said, I’d buy the Lisle set and save the coin on the extra “stuff” unless you see a need for it.
