You are looking for this to fit a blade with a 1" hole on a 3/4" arbor?
This link has 1 but it is only .075 thick. Is the 0.1 critical?

Yep. The .1 is the width of the blade. Not sure it's critical, but last night I cratered the cheapo HF stuff, so I wanted to keep it the same as the blade if possible.

I could see the .75 working well; you want the bushing to keep the blade concentric to the shaft, the clamping force (at least on my saw) is at the outside edge of the big clamp washers anyway.
