Looking for a 'sleeve nut' like image?

Does anybody know where I can get some long extended nuts like this? I installed 3/8 all thread in concrete wall for the sill plate, but want to double up the 2x6 sill plate now so I need another inch of thread.

THe other options would be to use 3/8 female to female coupler.

Anyone know what this is called and or where I can get something like it in 3/8 thread? Any other suggestions?

3/8 rod buried in the cement wall. Its big enough for what I want to do, just not long enough.

I ordered some coupling nuts and Architectural Bolt,SS,Hex - both from Zoro. Although the later were about $6 each. I'll see what works best. I hope to use the bolts, as the coupling nuts are going to require me to drill out the holes more because I think they are sort of thick.

Jegs has these Poly locks.$4.69 each They are 3/8- 24 24 threads per inch,not sure if you wanted fine thread or not.
