Looking for a source for drilled cap nuts of different sizes?

Hello! I am working on a custom project and I am hoping to find a type of axle cap or push nut with a hole drilled in the top (as shown in the pictures below) without having to go through "India-mart" (Don't have that much time, and I don't need a million of them) I do need some different sizes of them such as 1/4", 3/8", 5/16", 1/2", and 3/4" or similar sizes (the OD of the bottom ring - not the domed raised part). I suppose I could try and get some push nut/cap nut/axle cap nut, or whatever they are officially called, in bulk, but then I would have to drill them out to put a hole in the center. **What I'm trying to do: I have to feed a screw up through the hole, but the bottom ring area has to go flat against a piece of metal, so the raised 'hat, or dome section can hide the screw head. I have looked at 'finish' washers but they are shaped the opposite of what I need. Anyway, I thought I would come here to see if anyone has any ideas of where to get something like is shown in the pictures, in bulk (a few hundred) but get them in the USA. If someone has any other suggestions of what else might work for what I'm working on, please feel free to share! As always, thanks in advance for all who offer suggestions and advice!!

Would screw covers do what you want? You can get them in different sizes/finishes and metal or plastic.

I've been looking around on your behalf because that's how I learn. I think most items designated as screw covers will stand proud of your hole. You could look at electrical box metal knock out plugs but they are shallow and you'd still have to drill the center hole.

Drilling isn't bad if you set up a fixture, you just have to find the shape you need. And sizes.
