Ok, so I'm looking for a specific Snap-On tool box, The only thing I can do is describe it, so here it goes: 32", 7 drawer, red with a black bottom drawer with a monster truck and the Snap-On logo on it, 80s logo. the bottom drawer it what makes it special, This was the box the made me like tools and tool boxes, Its in a local shop and not for sale, I remember seeing it when I was 5 or 6 and have seen it many other times since . I'd really like to find and buy another one like it, I've tried hundreds of google searches but to no result. If any one please post pics and I'm willing to buy so don't be hesitant to post prices or PM me. Thanks!

Go in the shop and ask if you can check out the model # . No? That might give you something to look for.

It looks to me to be a KR-557D, it has been there for so long and is covered in grease, its covered in a huge pile of junk and the castors look almost flat from weight. I bet they wouldn't want me messing with it anyway and even if I could it probably would be too much of pain in the **** to turn it around and look.

Why not email them and ask? I'm pretty sure they have copies of all their older tool catalogs and could probably find you anything you want to know about it. I know they have sent me pictures from older catalogs.

I feel your pain. I want a KRL777 bad, but they are awfully hard to find.

Get on Craigslist and pick a state and then go thru all the cities with snap on in the search bar and see what comes up

Is this pretty much the box you're looking for (with different picture on bottom drawer)?

I don't think the number you posted above is right. I'll keep my eyes open for one with a monster truck on it though.

Yes, only the trim is chrome, not black.

It is basically this box, Same trim, same logo same bottom drawer logo. Only the bottom drawer logo on the one I'm looking for is almost all the way to the left and of course instead of a car it ha a monster truck.

Your not going to have any luck contacting Snap On. You're going to have to do the legwork and scour CL several times daily, and, depending on your resources, check out eBay and other sites. One thing you have going for you is your location, Pennsylvania is a good place to find used and older tooling and toolboxes.

If you really want something like this you need to dedicate yourself to the task of constant searching. You could always put some 'wanted to by' ads on sites like this and others, but don't expect you're going to get lucky with a WTB ad. Just another thing you can try to cover all the bases.
