Looking for a tool name or where to get these...

I am looking for either the name or better yet a source for the 3/8" square bar stock that comes in various lengths and has the spring loaded ball detents in either end. Anyone know what these are called so I can look them up and get some?

I've always thought people just made their own as I've never seen with ball detents.

small sidetrack, (sorry OP, I'm looking too), but on the link above, under "Technical Information" it says COO is Taiwan...Was I mistaken that Armstrong is COO USA?
