looking for a top box

I am looking for something like the proto 12 drawer top box but for under $500 i like having the smaller drawers for punches, files and the sort but they seem to be hard to come by on the cheap and suggestions?

Beach made exactly what I think you're looking for. They were sold as Craftsman and Mastercraft in various configurations.
