looking for a very specific tool

so one of the journeyman that I supervise was working on a electric vehicle charging station. he needed to take a cover off which was held on with a torx t25 tamper proof screw. the kicker was that it was recessed about 3 inches in the housing and a multi tool kit with interchangeable bits would not work since the shank on the multi tool was to wide to fit the housing opening to access the screw,

after running to the local ace hardware and not finding what he needed, i ended up welding the bit directly to a screw driver with the tip cutoff, this did work for what was needed but now we are looking to purchase a set of tools that would be a little bit more permanent.
if any one ahs come across any manufacturers that have some thing similar i am definitely on the look out for it

If you are not going to need them very often, I would go the good quality but cheaper route and get a set of security torx keys from Bondhus. They have hex shafts, so you can torque on them with a pair of pliers to break the fastener loose when the long end is needed to reach the fastener. I have this set and I just measured the t27 for you. The shaft is 4" long (long end) before it starts to bend to make the L.
