Im looking for just a single 15mm reversible,stubby,flex ratchet wrench. Only need the one for now, but would like to find one brand that I can add to as needed... Just need it for one project , so dont want to spend more than like 20 bucks on it.... Would also like to find a store local that carries them, but will order it need be...

you came the right place.

i think gearwrench has them. also look at cresent ive seen there stubbies in a store but they may also have a flex.

you're right for every other brand except williams/blue-point (both Snap-On brands). they offer reversible flex wrenches.

I didnt see the flex part so ignore my suggestions. I believe that Blue-Point is your only option for a stubby reversible flex.
