I am for a decent flanger/punch to replace some floor panels. I know HF has one for $30, but I am trying to find something a little better. I have seen the Northern, Bulldog, Astro, Wildwood, and Sunex. I was thinking I would go Sunex for the simple reason they are the only brand I have ever heard of in that group. I have not owned any of the brands except a few HF disposable items. Although I wont use it often I do plan on using it a few times a year on different projects. Looking for over all value not just lowest cost. Thanks

I have the harbor freight one and theres nothing wrong with it. The vo-tech I take night school at has the astro one and they are identical. I honestly don't think the hf one is a knock off I really think they are made in the same factory.

I have the HF one and punched thousands of holes without any problems.

Those are probably all comparable quality Chinese air tools.

I have the Harbor Freight tool and it has worked well for me.

I have a couple different ones but the one I bought at Northern almost 10 years ago still works as good as my name brands. For the money I dont thank you can go wrong with it.
