My six year old Craftsman aluminum racing jack gave up on me.
I liked it for a number of reasons:
1. Light weight.
2. Pad really low to start with ... 3" or so.
3. Raises up high ... 17" or so.
4. Stable; seems wide.
5. Roller in front rather than the little wheels.
I think my Craftsman had (and still has) a normal listed price of $239 or $249; bought in on sale for probably $199.
I'm looking in the $200 to $250 range.
I still might take this thing apart and see if I can fix it (its not the universal joint this time, I've already changed that). Anyone have ideas?
Thanks!
