Hey everyone, I am looking for recommendations and advice on replacing the asphalt driveway in my rental home in Clarkston MI. The driveway that is there was likely the original from 1972 and is mostly gravel now. I would guestimate 800 to 1000sq ft.
Since I live in Washington State now and rent out this home I don't have the option of meeting with contractors in person.
What I would like to do is gather names of people that you guys would trust to do your work or also who to avoid. Then have them quote the project and then have my property manager coordinate the work.
