What kind of circuits do you want to draw? For industrial control circuits, I use The Constructor from CMH Software. Allows you to design and test your circuits. Costs about $400

I’ve used easyeda.com. It’s a free program. You can either download and install the app or do everything through the website. It lets you create schematics and then it’ll convert it to a board layout and allow you to place components, traces etc and even lets you create and download gerber files when you’re done to have the pub made. They make it real easy to use one of their Chinese vendors for pcb production, which I did. Service and price was great, I had 15 pcbs on my front porch in less than a week for less than $20.
