Looking for caster configuration suggestion for work bench

So I need to get me some casters for a planned work bench. It will be around 4' long so nothing super heavy duty.

My Gladiator cabinets have nice 5" casters on them. The rear are fixed and front are locking swivel. Is this the best setup that you guys see?

I think I want locking casters on two of the wheels, the other question is should I get swivel on all 4 or just the front two?

HF has some but looks like in this case Northern Tool has the best selection for me. Just need to narrow down what kind to get, then can focus on brand/price.

I'm leaning toward all swivel, and front two locking.

OK thanks I changed the thread title to configuration, I'm looking for input on what type to put on.

Also thoughts on the style of attachment, stem vs. a plate. I like the idea of the stem, as I can drill one hole thru the plate and weld a nut on the inside and just thread them in, and use a nut on the bottom to adjust the height if needed.

This is how I handle casters on smaller benches and things like shop presses, which need to be stable, but are moved occasionally. Pick one end up and it rolls, kinda like a wheelbarrow...

This is how I handle casters on larger benches, which have a lot of weight on them and only really move when I rearrange the shop. Lift the bench and equipment with a 12-ton, air-over-hydraulic jack and scoot wheel dollies under each corner...
