Looking for Corghi EM 8540 manuals

I have an EM 8540 tire balance machine at home. It recently began to have issues by giving error code 4, but it would still work. Today, I get 4, 10 and 29(?) and I cannot set wheel type or size.

I would appreciate direction on where to find manuals to help me troubleshoot this machine.
