I found this Huot toolbox on Marketplace earlier this week and other than a missing handle on the top box it is complete and in reasonable condition considering it has to be at least 60 years old.

I’m planning to just clean it up and would like to find cork for the drawers. Any ideas where to get some cork?

If it doesn’t have to be vintage, period correct material, go with old (but clean) yoga mats. Works for me.

Otherwise Amazon has 2’ x 4’ rolls of cork 1/8 inch thick for $25 each.

I got a roll of adhesive backed cork from Home Depot, it's in their drawer liner section.

It would get a little expensive if you wanted to do a whole chest, but I used mine to cover a single pressboard shelf and turn it into a light workbench. I also used some leftover trimmings as bump stops for my kitchen cabinets and to fix a squeaky wood bedframe; handy stuff.

Just FYI - Not retro, not cork but I just got this in email so I thought I'd toss it in just anyone viewing this topic might be interested. Olsa tools non slip liner 18" x 24' long roll. Fathers day sale price this week. Not sure if it works for you or it's a deal or not, for you to decide.
