I had one of my garage doors serviced yesterday due to a broken torsion spring, after a full expensive overhaul, it is working better than it ever has before. Part of what they changed was going to nylon rollers, but the installer added these nylon sleeve into the rollers shaft mount.

I have another garage door I do not use very often, but figured I would replace the rollers as well (doors are both 20 years old, but one gets daily use, the other far less often and uses extension springs vs torsion springs) I figured I could just buy these sleeves easily, but have not found any for sale, does anybody know where to find them? It seem they are used in the Amarr Quiet Door Option, but the Amarr website seems to just push you to a dealer, and the few I checked, don't do online parts sales.

I can try, they seemed to be against any DIY work when we were talking yesterday.

the one with white nylon seem to be sold by amarr.com but looks like you need to be a dealer to find anything on their site. Try calling them of do a dealer search from the site

Most garage door companies act like they are doing something so specialized that nobody without intensive training could possibly do. I will admit, messing with springs can be dangerous if you are clueless, but to anyone with a spec of mechanical ability it should be no big deal.
