Hey I just picked up this Snap On torque wrench and I am trying to find the year it was manufactured. I have not been able to find anything close to it looking online. Has anyone seen one with the metal band around the top with all the information? Any help will be greatly appreciated. The part number reads Q 275 FR and the serial number is A02213

The Snap On torque wrenches we have at work have the date on the bottom of the handle, but they are from the 90s-2000s. In this format: 07-98, 11-01, etc.

Giving this thread a little 'bump';
I bought a torque SO torque wrench many years ago from a retired mechanic - I found in another thread here mine is discontinued and no service parts are out there (good thing mine seem A-ok for now!)
Mine is a QJR-3220 - I am posting in this thread rather than the QJR-3205 thread I just found because that thread is ten years old, and this thread should suffice:

I can see just above the lock ring an AA18756
Just above the lock ring on the dial collar (opposite of the Snap-On logo and model number) is 4-79

Does this mean this wrench was manufactured April 1979 - or is the other code the one I need to decipher?
Is there another discussion (that I maybe haven't found yet) which spells out where Snap-On puts date codes on various tools(?) - because I have a 1/2" drive SL715 that I'd like to be able to date...
