See attached pics. Apparently the part isn't available from international harvester. I've found plenty of intake house (past the preair cleaner) in silicone and other materials with the correct dimensioned openings but with not curve in the actual pipe as you see in the pics. Should I just try a couple and see if we can get to fit or is there another option out there I'm not thinking of?

That's a New Holland part number and I just checked in the CNH parts site and it looks to be NLA. You might try Yesterdays Tractor.

Found this website Flextech that says they will custom build you whatever you need.

Regardless of what you’re looking for in a silicone hose, we can create the perfect option to meet your needs. Through our new ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 production facility in Torrance, we’re able to customize silicone flex hoses just for you. We offer a long list of customizations, including custom 3D shapes, integrated heat shields, chemical-resistant liners, radial features, and more, and we can offer these customizations in a timely manner thanks to our innovative employees and state-of-the-art equipment.

In the past I used exhaust pipe and silicone couplings to get something working again, always a cheaper option.

This is probably what I'd do, buy some mandrel bent exhaust pipe and then use silicone adapters at the ends. You can clamp them in the middle with more silicone. This how I rig up intercoolers that were not designed to be where I put them.
