My handle walked at some point, it is a HF 20 ton bottle jack. Does anybody happen to have one laying around? Contacted HF parts dept, they have NO replacements at all.

So if you have one that happens to be in your way, let me know -- PM me I'm interested. Thanks!

Why not get a piece of conduit or something similar as a replacement?

In a bind, use a 1/2" drive deep socket that just fits in the handle hole and a 1/2" drive extension of the desired length.

You can buy solid round steel stock at a big box store. Just buy a piece a couple feet long of the size you need and you are in business. Or has been mentioned, a piece of good quality conduit would work too.

I've lost more bottle jack and small frame jack handles than I can count.

conduit works just fine...for longer ones I slip on a bicycle handlebar grip.

Kind of related: the first thing I do with a HF bottle jack is pull out the valve plunger and weld about 1 1/2” +- of 1/4 keystock ( centered of course) to it. Then I can close it by hand THEN hit with a hammer or whatever to stop leak down. Actually, makes jack much easier to use. Can open and close valve by hand and use anything for jack handle.

Oh that's what I have been doing since it went missing a year ago. Sometimes I used a rachet handle, sometimes I use pieces of whatever I have at the moment laying around. The problem is, each time I go to use it I have to hunt for something to fit. It would be nice to have it there all the time, you know? I just figured I'd see if anyone had one they weren't using, it would be helpful.

Hammer? That’s a good way to wear out/deform the seat, thus require excessive seat pressure to get a good seal and “can” make it difficult to release with any control. I do like the key stock idea though, My Bottle jack powered press has a length of steel welded to the release valve.
