Thanks for any helpful insight that you may be able to offer.

The lower 4' of the garage is currently plywood. Looking to cover it with some ribbed metal or something to that effect.

It is ~140' total.

Any roof metal manufacturers that you may be able to recommend?

Thanks.

I suggest you investigate Fiber Reenforced Plastic. I see it in commercial kitchens and restaurant rest rooms. I used white with a pebble texture finish.

I found it and the trim moldings at either Home Depot or Lowes, I don't recall which.

I ended up getting 4' x 10' sheets of 28ga galvanized steel from a roofing supplier in Lancaster, PA.

$28 PER SHEET. Verrrry inexpensive.

It looks fantastic. We used a finish nailer to hold the metal to the plywood. Placed a row of nails along the top edge of the metal.

Then, a 6" beltline trim was placed all around the building which covers the upper nail holes. The vertical sides were also held in place with a finish nailer and then covered with 1.5" wide flat aluminum stock. It turned out much better than expected.
