Surface prep: Abrasive blast, shot-blast or mechanically abrade concrete surfaces to remove laitance, curing compounds, hardeners, sealers and other contaminants and to provide a minimum ICRI-CSP 3 or greater surface profile.
Large cracks, voids and other surface imperfections should be filled with recommended filler or surfacer Series 215 SURFACING EPOXY. Fumed silica may be added at 0.75:1 by volume per mixed gallon where a thicker consistency is required to achieve the desired application and film build properties up to 2" deep.
Primer coat: Series 201 EPOXOPRIME (clear) @ 9.0-12.0 mils DFT. 150 sq. ft/gallon. This comes in 3 gallon kits, so you will need 6 gallons.
Intermediate coat: Series 237 POWER-TREAD* (clear or pigmented) @ 12.0 mils DFT. 133 sq. ft/gallon. This comes in 3 gallon kits, you will need 6 gallons. Broadcast fleck randomly while coating is wet.
*Series 284 DECO-CLEAR then applied at 12.0 mils DFT. 133 sq. ft/gallon. This comes in 3 gallon kits, you will need 6 gallons.

Intermediate coat: Series 280 TNEME-GLAZE (pigmented) @ 10.0-12.0 mils DFT. ~150 sq. ft/gallon. This comes in 3 gallon kits, so you will need 6 gallons.
Finish coat: For the 237 system use Series 295 CLEAR CRU @ 2.5 mils DFT. 398 sq. ft/gallon. 1 gallon kits, you will need 2 gallons.
For the 280 system use Series 290 CRU (pigmented) or 295 CLEAR CRU @ 2.5 mils. You will need 2 gallons.
Summary -
System 1: Series 201, 237 w/fleck , 284, 295.
System 2: Series 201, 280, 290 -or- 295
