Looking for info on scan tools

I just started a new job as a used car tech at a dealership. I've been using my friends mac mentor because he upgraded but need to just get my own.

I work on anything from 1990 all the way up to 2013
I need SES code reader, abs, airbags, could use tire pressure monitor. Kinda into the touch screen tools. Basically just something to get me started and that will be update able and last.

I use a snap on solus pro.
Can read what limited odb1 puts out, and most others. $$$$ is your issue. Whats the budget op?
