Looking for info on this MAC top box

I recently acquired this MAC Tools top box as part of a lot I purchased. It seems older, maybe 70's, but I don't know much about MAC. It's filthy but will clean up really nice. I don't see any markings but it has the original paperwork/installation instructions (no model # of course) in the top drawer.
Looking for any info and possible value as I have no use for it and will likely let it go to support my tool habit.

Cleaned it up and found what I believe is a date code on the front left inside panel. It's stamped 01-69 which I would presume means it was manufactured in January of 1969. I still don't see a model # or any other markings. Any idea of a possible value?

Not huge demand for those. Great box though. Mine has been in use for almost 60 years and works great.

Thanks Macaxis...I have the tote tray too and the original paperwork. I cleaned it up yesterday. It's in nice condition.

Galaxy...I was thinking around $125 hoping to get at least $100. Thanks again.

Looks to have a stress crack on the left hand side. Furthermore the box appears to be tweaked as the lid does not sit properly when closed. Huge hit in value (to me).

Definitely no stress cracks anywhere. I think the spot you see on the left side is next to the top left corner of the top left small drawer. It's a line of surface rust. Also the lid sits fine...opens and closes without issue.

Are you certain? Because....

1. Looks like a stress crack not only from the line, but it appears in the photo to not be flat.

2. Notice the gap between lid and main chassis. This gap is not there in oval 3, which would indicate it is not straight / box is not square as the lid is not making contact across the front of the lid.

4. I believe this corner is also not flat, which would correlate with the suspect crack I believe I see in oval #1. Kinda hard to tell from the pic angle, just been through a number of boxes that have the same signs that your photo shows.

1. Definitely not a crack. It is a rust line/spot. There is a jog out of sorts on the box and it is consistent on both sides. So yes, it is not flat but is symmetrical on both sides. (see below the bottom line of your #2 circle).

2/3. I see what you mean about the gap. Can be easily realigned with a tweak if need be, similar to a car door.

4. The box is square. The lid is off but the box is square.

All if this is moot as of now. I sold it this morning on Facebook Marketplace. I asked $125 and took $100. Thank you all for the info.
