I’ve had this old vise for a long time and never knew much about it. Hoping someone could share some info.

Can’t quite tell from pix, but it looks like the rear jaw moves when you crank it open. If so, its a Bison or FPU style vise. Lots of info here under those two names. That stylized “ai” logo is a new one to me, but more knowledgeable people will be along shortly.

I have a 5” version, no idea who made it yet, haven’t stripped off the excessive paint yet.

Yes the rear jaw moves. Seems like a nice vise but it's too small these days. I think I am going to replace it with a columbian mechanics vise I've had for years.
