Nice collector item. If we did have something like this there would be some Robertson bits in the mix.
I don't know how much info you already have on it, but someone named "05jeepman" posted about one on collectorsweekly.com 9 years ago.

"It is about 4.5" tall made of plastic with a wire handle it opens up to a mini 9 pc screwdriver set inside on the bottom is marked jbny made in hong kong"

It does look very much like an Xcelite set I have. Might be useful in tracking down that kit for sale.
