Looking for info to help a friend

First pics are a barbed wire fence tool. Looking for a manufacturer and/or patent date. Other pics are some cast iron pieces with Patent date Jan. 30 1906.
Couldn't find any with DATAMP. Thanks for any help.

The item in your fourth image is an "adjustable bracket" patent 811335 Jan 30 1906 Brewster H. Spangenberg.

The two pieces are meant to be held together with a bolt and wing nut

The "fence tool" is something of a challenge, not showing a part number or manufacturer's name. I do not recognize the herald mark.

I'm sure that somewhere on the internet, there is a barbed wire tool collection somewhere, but its alluding me at the moment. Maybe a FB group.

^ Barb WIRE collectors are an odd bunch. There's a guy in Adna, Washington who has a prize-winning collection. Some of the very early attempts at "barb wire" are really quite frightening.

The OP's geographic location might help... or not. There were dozens of different widgets manufactured for working on barb wire fences, some of them patented, most of them not patented.
