Vise identification
It seems pretty old and all the threads are SAE. I have no idea who the manufacturer is.

I seem to remember making jaws for a Standard vise and thinking it was the same spec:s as an American Scale. Give me the jaw width, distance between the 5/16 threads and the width of the boss and I can compare to my drawings. I might even have a Morgan drawing too. Not interested in building you a set but know where you can have a set made.
