Looking for Lighting

I am in the process of a garage remodel and I am having trouble finding/deciding on proper lighting. Any suggestions???
I t willl be a red floor with white walls and be used for mechanical/automotive work.

How many square feet and how high is the ceiling?

ceiling is 10 foot and currently there are 2, 2 bulb fluorescent light fixtures, each having 40 watt bulbs. very poor lighting. I will install an under cabinet light for the work bench but need something for the general area, I have white walls with checkerboard bottoms and a red epoxy floor. Garage is 20x30
