Part of my warehouse needs a continuous run of lighting at 16.5'. The second story of the rest of the warehouse needs every bit of the 9' clearance. Since the roof tapers at each end, I'm left needing lights that fit in between the joists that are 8' centers.
So I'm using 8' lighting, originally T-12 HO on the 16.5' row and T-12 75w on the 9' rows, now converted to LED. So I've lost a LOT of light. So now I need to add a light at each end where the roof drops a bit. I can get the clearance but need the light to fit in between the joists on 8' centers, so about 92".
A 4' strip and a 3' strip seems to be likely to make it tough to find matching LED T-8 conversion lamps that all match. The few 92" long LED strip lighting seem to be not listed to buy anywhere. For example, Lithonia list ZL1N in both 96" and 92" lengths, but can't find a place to buy 92".
My 8' LEDs are Carson, who make 6' and 7' T-8 LED conversions but only in clear, which might be perfect for the 16.5' stuff since those are clear lens. Would need frosted for the 9' as we found the clear was unacceptable at 14' in another building.
Any great ideas?
