Looks like a Napa jack. They were made by Sunex. A copy of a walker Lincoln jack. Walker/Lincoln didn't use springs on the pump handle but the Napa/sunex do.

Welcome, you and @AndrewTheBoy should get together as you're both going to be rebuilding similar jacks.

Be sure to post up pictures of your efforts along the way.

Should be interested to see which new member finishes first. :coffee:

Thanks for the input. I looked online for Lincoln/Walker - Napa/Sunex and there are no pics or info relating to my floor jack.
However, I did manage to find another pic of a Mac Tools floor jack and using a magnifying glass on my screen, I was able to get a model # JSA250MA. I then found the the instruction manual and parts diagram and I think my jack is indeed a MAC TOOLS jack but painted black, I don't know why. You can even see the serial # sticker located on the left side bottom above the castor. I also used the info from the instruction manual and measured my jack and its pretty close. (LxWxH ). Also, the MAC TOOLS jack has the double return springs on the handle. Even the cover plate/parts holder is the same. What do you guys think ??

I think your jack could be an import that was made under the Shinn Fu America (SFA) umbrella. It looks to be one of those single pump quick lift systems (I think they used the term ”magic lift”, supposedly 1-2 pumps to reach load height). The breather vent on the top of the jack reservoir is the same style as the ones SFA is putting on the current day Hein Werner jacks. I would suspect that they provided the same, or similar jacks under different brand names such as Omega, Mac, NAPA, craftsman and more which could explain the color differences. it looks blue and yellow to me, which are colors NAPA has used. Black and white/yellow is a color scheme that Omega has used.

Heres a stock picture of the SFA breather vent:
