I tried searching and didn't find much for my part of the country. I'm about an hour north of Columbus.
Have a 3+, approximately 770 sqft concrete (poured in the fall of 2012) garage floor with a gentle slope out (no floor drain).
Leaning to some sort of epoxy flakes, but open other ideas. The metal swirl thread looked pretty interesting to me, but I'm not sure my wife would go for that.
NatureStone is headquartered around an hour from me, but it seems like a PIA to clean in a garage.
I AM NOT a DIYer, at least not for something like this. This is one job I definitely want to hire out to an experienced professional.
Thanks for any good leads!

Try Ohio Garage Interiors located in Strongsville. They will be doing our three car garage on our new home we will start building this month.

Thanks! Just spoke with Scott. He'll be coming down for an estimate in a few weeks. Looking to install May/June for "ideal" weather here.
He sounds like a real good guy.
Anyone else interested/have a referral?
I'm hardly on this site but it has been very helpful when I have been...

Getting ready to move stuff back in. We were told it was OK yesterday, but it's been cool and humid so we just walked on it for the first time yesterday PM after the finger touch test. We'll wait another day to bring the cars back in.
Scott and Chad were both prompt, courteous, knowledgable and thorough. Although not inexpensive, we are at this point thrilled with the end result. Thanks again Glen for the referral - as much as we love living around here, it can be tough finding professionals with all of the qualities described above for projects like this one.
I tried contacting three other professionals I found on this site/links from here (including a company in Indiana that I called and had a very nice conversation with - without any followup), but these guys were the only ones who responded. That seems a little odd to me, but I guess we were just a little too far away from all the others.
Here's a couple pics - we went with "fossil" chips and had Sherwin Williams color match one of the tones in the sample that I pre-painted the concrete "rim" and walls to the basement with.

Looks great!!!!!!!!

They are a very professional group to work with. Scott was more than helpful with my many questions.

Our builder should start breaking ground for our new house next week. I look forward to working with Scott to finish our 3 car garage.

Thanks for the pics.

Thanks. Good luck on your build. How long do you have to wait to let the concrete cure before covering the surface? We are almost at the 2 year mark from pour. I know we didn't have to wait that long, but I just got around to thinking seriously about it a couple months ago.

They were great to work with and the finished look makes me wish I could afford it in my barn's concrete floor.
We remain very happy...

It was around 700 sq ft and I think the installed price was $5.35/ft. That was a bit of a discount; I think they had a price break around 600 sq ft.
I must say they were timely (as in showing up when they said they would), neat, accurate in their predicted time to complete the project and immediately responsive to a small problem we had (a quarter sized piece lifted up from what was essentially a new concrete floor). They came back as quickly as promised and repaired this small defect without charge.
I would use them again without hesitation.
