Hand Tools Looking for quality tap and die set - USA?

I am looking for a quality combination tap and die set. Mostly for household/auto use, but it is important that the materials be of high quality, so probably will go strictly made in USA or perhaps Europe. Once I figure out what brand/set I want, I can hunt it down on sale on the internet.

I was considering this Craftsman because of the price, but can't tell where it was manufactured (assuming Asia):
