Looking for recommendations for high lift door track conversion in Toronto

Can anyone recommend a good contractor in the GTA that can convert a standard height residential garagae door to high lift for a reasonable price? Thanks in advance!

I recently had 2 highlift doors installed in my current shop project. The Tracks, winding drum and springs will need to be replaced to convert your door. All of the lift and guiding hardware is different. Also if you are thinking of an electric door operator, you will have to go with a shaft drive unit with a electromechanical locking system. On the upside, you will not have any hardware in the middle of your space, I like the open space above the door, uncluttered look!

Are these sectional roll up doors that can have windows that simply track up higher, closer to the ceiling? Or are they corrugated roll up doors with no windows that wind up into an 18" diameter roll?

Can someone post pictures of their "high lift" two car garage door? Thanks!

Thanks for the info, but I think we're getting off track here. I'm just looking for a reputable contractor in my area to do the work for me at a resonable price, not info on the actual process. Here is a link for those of you who don't know what this conversion is all about:
