Hi everyone. I am looking for some recommendations on garage flooring. Garage is 5-1/2 stalls and is attached to the house. House and garage are 15 years old. Currently have a 4 post lift and 4 vehicles parked inside with many bikes and other stuff. I often work on the cars with jack stands but haven't used the lift very much. I live in Wisconsin and get a wide temperature range along with salt coming in with the vehicles. Garage is insulated so the snow will melt off of vehicle and fall on garage floor.

I did get quotes on polyaspartic floor coating but I'm not too keen on the price ($7k) or the idea of having to move everything out of the garage for a day or two.

Maybe tiles are the best option? But how easy are they to clean or get the snow/salt off?

Any other recommendations?

Scotty is correct. Also the flow through tiles are great. Lots of options

I had vinyl tile in my garage for years and it worked great. I am in Chicagoland so have the temp swings also. The only problem I ever had is when I did a brake job and forgot to put down mats so when I spilled some brake fluid it etched a few tiles. Fortunately they are easy to pull up and replace. I spray out the garage with a hose and squeegee the water out every few weeks and it lasted for years. Just sold the house and I am sure the garage was a huge selling point.

Anybody in the Milwaukee area willing to show me their tiled garage? I am leaning towards the flow through design but would like to see any tiled garage in person. Thanks!

I would proudly show off my Race Deck FreeFlow but I'm in southwestern Ohio and I'm guessing you don't want to drive to the Cincinnati area. CJDave.
