long story short the person that sent me the saw didn't know what the 'metal thing' they had was and threw it away.
Ryobi is not making this fence anymore and the newer ones supposedly are not compatible. I am using a pair of clamps and some MDF now...but I'd like something more robust.
The original part number is 4060900. If anyone has one they no longer need I am interested.
If anyone knows a compatible fence that would be cool too.
