Looking for rustic looking signs for my garage. Any ideas where to get them. Metal signs like old Quaker State signs, etc. Thanks.

Ebay (tin signs) and swap meets are your best bet. The older, more weathered and larger they are the more expensive they are. I have mostly auto parts related stuff on my walls from swap meets.

Theres unscroupulous EBAY Sellers that will sell you a weathered repro as an original, so that you dont have to go to the trouble of weathering it yourself...

Watched an episode of American Pickers the other evening. One place they were at (N. Carolina I believe), this guy had a buttload of old signs and was selling them super cheap. You never know, get in touch with American Pickers and find out where this guy was at. Just a thought.

Doncha just figure there's a bit more to those stories? Like real buyers coming back the next day and buying out the lot.
