I picked up a couple electrical measuring tools at an estate sale, mainly because they were old and looked cool. I'm looking for some help evaluating these. Here are a few pictures. Thanks in advance...!

Evaluate what? Have you tested them?

Are you looking for value? Sadly there is none. They are old and cool looking but not really display items - not quite cool enough for that. At the end of the day no one is looking for those to use or display so their value is extremely low. In another 100 years they might be worth something but in today's market they are $5 flea market items and without much trouble similar looking "display" pieces are easy to come by in practice.

The battery testing voltmeter is configured to test lead-acid batteries having exposed connection bars between the cells. Consequently, the scale on the device ranges between zero and three volts DC (about two volts per cell). Mostly used to identify dead or dying cells in old batteries.
The wattmeter/voltmeter combination was used to determine power drawn by an electrical appliance. Older tube radios, for example, routinely stated a power value on the identification plate. Excessive power values were used, among other things, to identify leaking filter caps.
