I'm trying to get quotes on a 32 X 64 Pole Barn. Funny how contractors are complaining about no work but I've had two that never responded with a quote. Anyway, I've thus far only received one estimate. Location is south central Virginia.

I'm curious how much is the going rate for a dried in 32 X 64 X 10 with the aluminum backed insulation (for condensation), two 8X10 garage doors, one walk through door, 8/12 pitch with attic truss? 4 inch concrete.

Just looking for a $/sq. ft. price. Any help with what the price should be would be appreciated.

Thanks

well.....I spec'd out materials ONLY for a 30x45x11, 7/12 attic truss, mono slab, 6x6 posts 10ft on center, plastic roll insulated (beteen sheath and purlins/gurts), one man door, and two 9x8 overhead doors, and it came out to around $20k or ~$15/sf. Add 10% for fudge factor.

That's no electric, no plumbing, no dirt work, no roofers, no amish guys, no labor except concrete finishers...so take all that for what it's worth.

Turn key from a contractor?....I have no idea but I would suspect about 30-35k.

65 Thanks for the reply.

Thus far only one quote on a dried in with 4" concrete.
$65,000. Seems high to me.

I'm trying to find out if I'm right or wrong :headscrat

I am in the process of getting a 20x26 shop built.

4'' Concrete slab with footer-will be blocked, backfilled then the slab will be poured due to incline.

Architect shingles 5/12 pitch

Vinyl siding

1 entry door

1 10ft garage door

3 windows

Unfinished with no electric. 12900 out the door or 24.75 a sq foot.
