Looking for some knobbed bolts

I have a top box on my bike held in by 4 6-10 Allen head bolts. I want the ability to remove the box without tool, using a knobbed screw. Something with a bit more leverage than a thumb screw. Tractor supply was easy for a larger bolt needed for the gold wing, these two are difficult to find, especially given their different lengths.

Any of you happen across a manufacturer that makes something like this with a knob on it?

In truth, a quick google search of "M6 x 10MM knobbed screw" turns up thousands of links from Amazon to Zoro. You have your choice of many different knobs in various shapes and materials. Also, you don't need to purchase different lengths. Sometimes it's more economical to buy one size and cut the shorter ones to length.
