Looking for steel frame garage structure

I want to build a kind of 50's-60's, Retro-Style garage. I do auto restorations, and want a 30x40 shop to do the final assembly, no grinding welding sanding etc. I am trying to find out who make steel frames that would be exposed, I-beam etc, that I could paint black. I would like to do the front with a brick face like the old mechanics garages were like in the 20's 30's, I am not sure what era actually, so I am also looking for pictures of old garages for ideas. I also plan to use some of the corrugated galvanized siding on the inside walls for a different look. I am sure I will need something else, sheetrock etc. to cut down on the "echo" from the steel.
I also want to put a drain in another garage that is used for disassembly, car washing etc. I am not sure what the EPA regulations would be in Arizona, one contractor gave me the evil eye when I asked about that idea??

I wonder if what you are looking for isn't really an IRON framed building, like those used in the 1950's rather than a modern day steel building?

We have one here that is a tractor dealership. Round roofed riveted iron trusses and straight sides, with iron posts and framework. All corrugated metal, and in this case, a brick front face.

I'll see if I can snap a picture or two next chance I get.

I think you are confusing iron with steel....I guess I'd say a "steel-framed" building...those trusses are steel in that old building, I believe....

A "red-iron" building is steel with an iron oxide coating.

I suppose I was trying to accent the difference between the old buildings using angle"iron" and I beams and riveted (and some welding) construction, vs the modern "steel" building that uses light gauge stamped C channel and Z purlins, and other stamped and formed steel parts, and a few welded "red iron" columns and trusses.

Yeah..I see what you mean...confusing...My brother used to rent an old Ford dealer in an older section of Milwaukee...big, arched roof...all angle iron roof structure...massive size..pretty cool..
