On What this is, what caused it and how to fix.

This is oozing out of the floor in my garage. This floor was installed professionally in August of 2013. its been great until recently when I started seeing this ozze out of the floor. At first it was in 1 or 2 spots. Not a have a few Dozen and more daily.

I thought I was out of the woods but evidentially not. I sent the pictures to the installer who said he never heard of this before and to send him pictures. Which I did. Said he never heard of this before.

I have a 5 year warranty that I hope is worth the paper its written on.

This ooze gets all over from walking on it and I was wiping it up by in 24 hours its back. Now there are so many of them its impossible to keep up.

Here is a post to the installation.

looks like moisture mixed in with some contaminants.....the problem may may be within your slab, not what's on top of it.

To make sure, contact http://www.mineralogy-inc.com/ for an in depth analasys of your slab. You will be required to drill out some core samples for them to analyze.

Good luck

I have experienced this only one time, it turned out to be water coming through the slab, had to remove the coating could not stop it. Decided to not coat it the second time, left the concrete bare. Now there are products that can overcome hydrostatic pressures.
