Hey GJ guys, I could use help finding the right air hose. Here is the list of requirements:

25' long
small diameter
Highly flexable, even when cold
Can handle 200psi (yeah I said 200 lol)

Anyone have some recommendations for me?

Thanks,
Keith

Check out flexzilla we have been using them in our shop for the better part of seven years now with no problems. When I bought them off the tool truck the only warning I was given was to keep them away from sparks caused from welding, torch cutting, and cigarette butts. The three we use are loose and not on a reel. They are super flexible and are easy to roll up. The ones we have are rated at 300psi. The price is right as well.

Thanks guys. Looking at the Flexzilla, I see they have both 1/4 and 3/8 lines, but both have 1/4 fittings. Anyone have an idea of how much of a flow difference I would see between the two?

I'm upgrading the air system in my Jeep, so this will only be used to air (CO2) my tires back up after a trail run. If the 3/8 hose will make this process quite a bit quicker, I could Scarface the space the larger hose would take up.

Thanks for any help on this.
