Looking for the handle to fit this style nut driver

So I misplaced the handle that fits this driver. It's older I know, but there are no markings on any of the bits other then size. I have metric and sae nut drivers, extensions and screwdriver bits. It's really a good idea as it takes up way less room than a complete nut driver set each with a handle. Anyone know the name or make of these things?

It should have opening like this, but it's smaller than a 4 in 1 or 10 in 1 multi bit driver.
